Services

The scope we take on.

Residential development, new home construction and material importation across the Perth metro area. Whichever side of the business a job sits in, it runs the same way — managed by Sam directly, and supervised on site every day.

Small to medium residential development

This is the core of what we do. Typically a single lot carrying three to four new homes — the scale where a project is substantial enough to be worth doing properly, and small enough that the people making the decisions are the same people walking the site. We take it from assessment through construction to completion, which means the standards we apply are the ones we live with afterwards.

New homes for private clients

Ground-up construction on a client's own block, almost always for people who've worked with us before or been sent by someone who has. To be direct about scope: we build new. We don't take on renovations, extensions or alterations to existing homes. That's not a gap we're apologising for — it's what lets us run every job to the same standard, and we'd rather point you to the right builder than take work we aren't set up for.

  • Structural build
  • Roofing & lock-up
  • Services & fit-out
  • Compliance & handover

Building material importation

We import building materials directly from international suppliers through a network we've built and rely on. Running that supply chain ourselves gives us control over the three things that usually go wrong on a build — specification, lead time and cost — instead of working with whatever the local market happens to have available that month. It's how we supply our own developments, and it carries across to the homes we build for clients.

The process

Four stages, no mystery.

Stage 01

Site & scope

We walk the lot or the plans and talk honestly about what it can carry, what it will cost and how long it takes — including whether the job is right for us at all.

Stage 02

Price & contract

A clear, itemised price and a proper contract. Approvals, documentation and long-lead material orders get lined up before anyone swings a hammer.

Stage 03

Build

A managed program, a supervised site and regular updates — you'll never be the last to know how your own build is going.

Stage 04

Handover

A full walkthrough, defects closed out, compliance documented. Finished means finished.
